When a customer connects a Meta service, such as WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, we process data made available through the applicable Meta APIs only as necessary to provide the requested integration and platform functionality. We do not sell personal data obtained through Meta products or APIs.

The Services may use artificial intelligence to analyze messages, retrieve relevant knowledge and generate suggested or automated responses. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Our customers are responsible for configuring their assistants and deciding when human review or intervention is appropriate.
