These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the AI-powered enterprise automation and communication platform, websites, integrations and related services provided by Beedoko AI (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
The Services are intended primarily for businesses and their authorized users. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials and all activity performed through your account or organization workspace.
2. Authorized Use
You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable law and the terms/policies of any third-party platform connected to the Services.
3. Prohibited Use
You must not use the Services to:
- Violate applicable law or the rights of another person or entity.
- Send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing or unauthorized content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data.
- Introduce malware, disrupt the Services or circumvent security controls.
- Use third-party integrations in violation of their applicable rules.
- Resell or misuse the Services except as expressly authorized by us.
4. Customer Data and Content
You retain your rights in data, messages, documents and other content you submit to the Services. You grant Beedoko AI the limited rights required to host, process, transmit, analyze and otherwise use that content solely to provide, secure, maintain and improve the Services in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all permissions and lawful grounds required to process the data you submit or connect to the Services.
5. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations
The Services may integrate with third-party platforms including Meta products such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger. Availability and functionality of those integrations may depend on third-party systems, APIs, approvals, policies and account status. Beedoko AI does not control third-party services and is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions or actions imposed by those providers.
6. Artificial Intelligence Features
Some features use artificial intelligence to classify information, retrieve knowledge, generate responses or automate workflows. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular situation. You are responsible for reviewing your configuration and for applying appropriate human oversight, especially for sensitive, consequential or regulated communications.
7. Fees and Subscription Services
If you purchase a paid plan, applicable fees, billing periods, usage limits and other commercial terms are those presented in the relevant order, proposal, subscription screen or separate agreement. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed, fees already accrued are non-refundable.
8. Intellectual Property
Beedoko AI and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, software, platform design, documentation, trademarks and related intellectual property, excluding customer-owned content. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.
9. Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, limit or modify parts of the Services. We aim to provide reliable service, but continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance, security requirements or third-party dependencies may temporarily affect availability.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, material breach, unlawful activity, risk to the Services or compliance with legal/third-party requirements. You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to any applicable commercial agreement.
11. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Beedoko AI disclaims warranties not expressly provided in a written agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement where such disclaimers are legally permitted.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beedoko AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data arising from use of the Services. Any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

14. Governing Law
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that may apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date shown at the top of this page identifies the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
